G.E.M.S De La Rosa

By booking a "Sip and Paint" event at G.E.M.S De La Rosa, the "Guest" or "Event Organizer" agrees to the following terms and conditions. These policies are in place to maintain the beauty and integrity of our resort for all patrons.

1. Refundable Caution Fee

A $2,000 TTD Refundable Caution Fee is required for all event bookings. This fee must be paid in full prior to the event start time.

• Refund Process: The fee will be refunded within 48 hours following a post-event inspection, provided no damages are found and no policies were violated.

• Liability: Should damages exceed the $2,000 TTD deposit, the Guest/Organizer will be billed for the remaining balance.

2. Property Protection & Prohibited Actions

To protect our grounds and interiors, the following are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate deductions from the Caution Fee:

• Landscaping: Any breaking or uprooting of plants, flowers, or foliage.

• Lighting: The breaking, tampering with, or removal of any exterior solar lights or interior lamps.

• Wall Integrity: * No tape, glue, or adhesives may be used on walls. Any removal of paint due to decorations will result in a fee deduction.

  • Any marks, scuffs, or paint splatters on walls are the responsibility of the guest.

• Smoking: G.E.M.S De La Rosa is a 100% Smoke-Free Facility. Smoking inside the Airbnb or event units is strictly prohibited.

• Appliances: Misuse or damage to the refrigerator, microwave, or iron.

• Linens & Fabric: Any stains or marks (including paint, wine, or food) on bed sheets, towels, or upholstered furniture.

• Inventory: Damage to or removal of decorative pieces, ornaments, or dishes.

3. Sip and Paint Specifics

• Art Supplies: Guests are expected to use provided drop cloths or protective coverings. Any permanent paint stains on the floor, furniture, or stone surfaces will incur professional cleaning or replacement fees.

• Alcohol Consumption: As this is a "Sip and Paint" event, alcohol is permitted for guests of legal drinking age. G.E.M.S De La Rosa promotes responsible drinking. We reserve the right to remove any guest exhibiting rowdy or destructive behavior.

4. Event Decorations

All decorations must be freestanding. No items may be nailed, taped, or stapled to any part of the building or trees. All decorations must be removed by the guest at the conclusion of the event.

5. Liability Waiver

G.E.M.S De La Rosa is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property belonging to the Guest or their invitees during the event. By booking, you agree to indemnify and hold G.E.M.S De La Rosa harmless from any claims arising from the event.

6. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the event will result in a 25% loss of the booking fee.
